Oak Valley Appliance performs warranty service and out of warranty service for the following manufactures; 

please understand that we take your needs seriously and attend every class we are required and even the ones

we aren't; so we keep ourselves and our certifications valid. We have special phone numbers to call the factory 

for help if need be, websites with up to the minute information on any recalls or high failing issues. Also, to 

provide you with the best service, we carry and have in stock, more parts than any other company would or 

should for a small town. However living on the top of a mountain requires or has special needs and that hasn't

stopped us since we opened in 1979.

Our normal service area has been expanded to include the following Zip Codes but not limited to;

Outside of the Tehachapi Area; locations are serviced on Wednesday only. We do however service 

Keene and Hart Flat on Tuesday mornings only. Calls must be scheduled by Monday so that we can 

properly plan for the day.  Currently our service call rate is $70.00 and $80.00; if you live outside 

the 93561 zip code. This amount has only gone up 5 cents, since 2005.  Only because customers 

kept asking why don't we charge 70 instead of 69.95?  So we do now! The service call includes 

the trip charge to drive out to your place and the diagnosis of the product and report to you an 

estimate of repair.  No repairs are made unless you authorize and are willing to pay for them.  

Should your product be under warranty we will bill the appropriate manufactures at your request.
